With 11 weeks of coaching and access to numerous powerful strategies and insights, I’ll provide you with the tools you need to change your life and move beyond these patterns.
You’ll gain the power to take control of your life and experience greater freedom, ease, confidence, and joy.
The program includes:
- 11 private, 1:1 weekly coaching sessions with Ellen for INDIVIDUALIZED ATTENTION (60-75 minutes each). These sessions offer real-time, human connection and are not pre-recorded.
- Powerful worksheets to maximize your progress between coaching sessions and support your transformation.
- The book Fearless Living: Live Without Excuses and Love Without Regret by Rhonda Britten to be used in conjunction with the weekly coaching sessions.
- Support and accountability to ensure you have the guidance and encouragement you need throughout your journey.
- Access to text messaging for urgent support, so you never feel alone or left hanging.
This program also includes the Fearless Living Institute’s proprietary methodology called The Wheels, which is renowned as the most powerful fear-mastery tool ever created. With The Wheels, you’ll receive customized guidance to help you understand and overcome your fears, including:
- The Wheel of Fear, which will help you uncover your individual core fear trigger and better understand what triggers you and why.
- The Wheel of Freedom, which will allow you to reconnect with your authentic self and respond to fear triggers with aligned action and self-trust, rather than knee-jerk reactions.
By working with The Wheels, you’ll learn how to process fear more effectively, reclaim your courage, confidence, and joy, and have less of a reaction to your triggers over time.
