Self-care is something that will always be huge in my heart and that’s why I continue to share about it. A good self-care routine is something that I continue to refine in my life, and I encourage you to also establish and grow your personal routine.
Earlier this year I wrote a blog post on what self-care is and why self-care is important. I wrote that self-care comes down to doing what brings you joy and helps you relax. The stereotypical going to a spa is an excellent self-care activity, but it’s unrealistic to do that daily.
Self-care shouldn’t be a special thing you do once in a while. Rather, it should be a daily practice – even if you’re a busy person! Do you have a regular self-care routine?
My Favorite Home Self-Care Products for Pampering & Relaxation
Today I’m going to share a few of my favorite products that I use almost daily to help me relax, feel pampered, and enjoy a bit of me-time. I consider these products to be my relaxation kit.
Self-care is a personal thing, and if these products don’t float your boat then I hope to inspire you to find a few things that you can add to your relaxation kit for your self-care time.
In the above photo, I’m relaxing with my pups while reading a new book and keeping warm on this chilly (proven by the snow-filled background) day with a super soft fleece throw. I’m also sipping on my favorite blueberry tea.
Here are each of the exact products that I purchased on Amazon. (Sorry, the dogs are not for sale.)

Finally, I have two massaging tools and the most comfortable heating pad that are the best for achy muscles. Don’t judge by their odd looks, because both are amazing! Read my reviews of the Body Back Buddy Trigger point back massager and the cordless Shiatsu neck and shoulder massager.
Time to Relax!
When you take good care of yourself, you’ll naturally begin to care for others in your life in a healthy way. You’ll be better posed to make choices from love rather than obligation.
