Being in my own midlife journey of personal growth and self-improvement, I’m always on the lookout for helpful resources to implement into my own life AND to share with YOU.  This is my curated list of resources I strongly recommend for bringing more joy to life. I have personal experience with every resource on this page.

I encourage you to save this page and come back to on a regular basis. Throughout the year, we all face different challenges and you may find that you will resonate with different resources depending on where you are in your personal journey.

Law of Attraction

If you’re interested in the Law of Attraction, this is definitely a book to read. This book presents the powerful basics of the original Teachings of Abraham. I’m also an avid listener to the many Abraham-Hicks recordings available for free on YouTube.

Midlife Living

As a fairly seasoned empty nester, I’ve been through the heartache of having our children leave the nest one-by-one. Of course it’s a good thing, after all it is the goal of parenthood! You can read more about supporting your child as they leave the nest in my post When Your Adult Child Paves a Path of Their Own.

I’m just getting started with finding more quality resources for women in their midlife, but here’s a great book if your are an empty nester or will be soon.
